Shane – Company Director

Shane established Essex Home Improvements over 10 years ago. With over 20 years experience in the building trade, Shane is an NVQ qualified bricklayer. He has worked on a wide variety of projects, large and small, and leads on the company’s building projects. Shane has an exceptional eye for detail, is highly organised and works with speed and efficiency. He is an outstanding project manager and has proven that his drive and enthusiasm produces fantastic results.

Adam – Company Director

Adam joined the company as a director 4 years ago, bringing a wealth of expertise and knowledge to the company, with over 20 years experience in building and landscaping. Adam is also a bricklayer and covers all aspects of the building work within the company. But Adam’s passion is in landscaping, where his attention to detail, creative eye and experience come into their own to create the perfect outdoor space. 

Matt- Kitchen Fitter & Multi-Trade

Matt has worked with us for over 10 years, covering all aspects of the work we do as well as being our in-house kitchen fitter. Matt’s workmanship is outstanding and his organisation and customer service is exceptional. All customers say the same about Matt, ‘he was a pleasure to have at our house’ 

Paul- Plasterer & Multi-Trade

Paul has been working with us now for 6 years. Paul started as a labourer and is now an exceptional multi tradesmen with an outstanding skill set and knowledge of all building work. Paul brings great workmanship, organisation and attention to detail with every job he undertakes. 

Kye – Skilled Labourer 

Kye has been working with us now for almost 4 years. Kye left school and worked with us for a few weeks as a stop gap and is still here 4 years as he loves it so much. Kye is a cracking young lad working hard and learning everyday. The future is bright for this young man. 

Steve- Double Glazer

Steve has worked with Essex Home improvements for nearly 6 years. 

Steve has 40 years expertise and knowledge in the construction/double glazing trade and is an exceptional tradesmen. He is a great member of the team and customers/colleagues alike enjoy having him working with us and in their property. 

Wayne – Multi Skilled Craftsman

A craftsman with over 35 years experience as a glazier and builder, Wayne brings his wealth of knowledge to every project he works on. As a glazier, Wayne is City and Guilds qualified and has a wide range of expertise in many other areas of our work.
